Questions

Are the product links affiliate links?

Yes. When you buy through a “Buy now →” link we may earn a small commission from the marketplace, at no extra cost to you. Products are picked for fit, budget and seller reliability, not commission.

What if prices change?

Marketplace prices and stock can change. We check prices daily, and each item comes with a backup pick in case it sells out. Always confirm the price at checkout.

Can I use it for small orders?

Yes. Gift mode is for 1–5 people with budgets from RM10, and Giveaway mode works from 10 guests.

What's your refund policy?

Credit purchases are non-refundable because your packages are generated right after payment. If we can't generate your plan, its credits are returned automatically. Unused credits expire 1 month after purchase on Starter, 3 months on Plus and 12 months on Max; we email you a reminder before they do.

Do you sell the products?

No. You order directly from marketplace sellers using the links in your plan; we do the finding, costing and planning.

What do you do with my answers and email?

We use them to build and send your plan. Answers are also used, anonymised, to improve LUHUR products. We never sell your data, and marketing is opt-in only.
